Phone orders are welcome during usual opening hours, however we may not be able to take your call during exceptionally busy periods. Alternatively we now have an online click & collect service available.

Yes, we have our Gluten free day every Wednesday.
Currently this will be available between 4:30pm and 8pm, and is available to order online.

Yes we accept most forms of card payments, and can take these in the shop, online or over the phone too.

If you have already ordered by phone or via our online click & collect service then when you arrive at your agreed collection time. Wait by the left side of the door by the Queue sign for click and collect marked in red.  When called by a member of staff, enter the shop and stand at the red collection point on the left side of the counter.
Please make sure you have your order number/confirmation code and the name the order was placed under to hand. For phone orders just the name will be needed.

We have implemented measures to control the number of customers in the shop to help mitigate the risks from the current pandemic. As this is a unique and developing situation we will have signs and posters in the window with clear instructions on how many customers are allowed into the shop and where you should queue/order/collect your orders.
For walk-in customers these instructions will be in blue.

We will be allowing customers to place orders in the shop. but only one at a time and only whilst the shop is not busy. If we have to suspend walk-in trade due to being exceptionally busy, we will place a large sign in the window to let you know. Preference will be given to click & collect orders and phone orders, however we have a limit on the number of orders per 10 minute slot to avoid large queues forming outside the shop so that we can all keep to social distancing.
